Who we serve
Agencies and care teams pay for OurCareBook. The families, caregivers and clients they bring in join free — and each of them sees only the part that is theirs.
Home care agencies
The agency pays. Everyone the agency brings in joins free, and sees only their part.
Book a demoThe owner creates the organisation
Sign up, choose “I run a care business”, name the agency. About a minute.
Invite the office team
Coordinators and managers join from Team. They see every client in the organisation.
Add a client
Name, then photograph the discharge packet or medication list. OurCareBook reads it; a coordinator confirms every line.
Add the caregiver to that client
From the client's Care team, invite the aide as Caregiver. They see that client's medicines, visits and tasks — never legal or financial papers, and never other clients.
Invite the family
Same screen, free. The daughter across the country sees today's doses and the next appointment without calling the office.
Independent caregivers
There are two ways a caregiver ends up in OurCareBook.
Create your workspaceHired by a family or agency
They send you an invite link. Open it and you're in — you see the person you care for, nothing else. Free.
Working for yourself
Sign up and choose “I'm a caregiver → I work for myself”. You get your own workspace with a list of your families.
Bring each family in
Add a client, then invite their family from Care team. They see your visit notes and today's medicines.
Families
Whether you're organising it yourself or your parent's agency invited you, the family never pays.
Start freeStart a care book
Sign up and choose “I'm looking after someone”. Name, where they live, done.
Photograph what you have
A pill bottle, the discharge papers, a letter from the clinic. Confirm what we read.
Bring in brothers, sisters — and them
Invite family, a private caregiver you hired, or your parent themselves. Each person's access is set by you, and your parent can't be removed by anyone else.
